Level detection device: used to detect the level of sand and ensure that the sand is stored in the appropriate amount in the equipment.

Cooling unit: This is the core part of the equipment, with water cooling pipes evenly staggered and densely distributed inside. The sand exchanges heat with the water inside the water-cooled tube during the falling process, thereby reducing the sand temperature. There are two options for water-cooled tubes: seamless steel tubes and finned tubes. Finned tubes can increase the heat transfer area and improve cooling efficiency.
Sand dropping device: It usually adopts a rain shower sand dropping method, and the switch of the sand dropping device is automatically controlled by PLC and temperature detection device to ensure that the sand is transported to the next process only after meeting the temperature requirements.

2、 Working principle
The working principle of the lost foam sand temperature regulator is relatively simple:
Sand enters the cooling unit from the sand storage unit.
During the falling process, the sand exchanges heat with the water inside the water-cooled tube, thereby reducing the sand temperature.
The cooled sand is transported to the next process through a sand dropping device.
