Now, in the late second ten years of twenty-first Century, China's manufacturing industry has reached a new level, with internet integrated into the manufacturing industry, and as the direction of industrial development in the future.

In the circumstances, Hebei Ruiou Intelligent Equipment Co., LTD keeps pace with the times, contributed to better serve for LFC enterprise------Ruiou foundry production line + internet.

In today's industrial 4, intelligent manufacturing process, large Internet data has penetrated into all walks of life and related industries to provide accurate and reliable parameters, so as to make feasible solutions and make scientific research companies and production enterprises more closely, timely and effective to solve customer problems.

Internet has been applied to the production line in Ruiou company. The software through the Internet,we can understand the real-time temperature of sand treatment (Figure 1), through the analysis of the temperature it will guide customers to set parameters correctly. In sand processing production line, horizontal cooler has the function of temperature regulation, the temperature can be controlled according to the sand quantity and speed. If customer are not very understanding of the device, our company can quickly put forward solutions. 

At the same time also, accumulation of data can provide strong data support for product research and development, and we can provide better products to customer.

Through the data to understand the operation of customer equipment, timely remind customers for maintenance (Figure 2)

We designed separate closed-loop rigid line in black area, in order to meet each station running in the production line. Sand processing system combined of

First water cooling& sand shakeout machine + horizontal cooler+ sand temperature regulator to meet sand treatment capacity of 10 flasks per hour. The adoption of mobile shower type sand feeder matching with vibrator can effectively improve the modeling speed. Two modeling station in separate line to achieve uninterrupted modeling operations. Two pouring line with five pouring position in each line,totally ten pouring stations. Using automatic butt-joint machine of negative pressure to reduce the labor costs.

Characteristics of black area production line

1. Operation line adopts separating type which reduces the effect of pouring process on the modeling station, and the molding work is made without discontinuity in the pouring process.

2. The adoption of mobile shower type sand feeder matching with vibrator can effectively improve the modeling speed due to more convenient in yellow patter placing.

3. Using automatic butt-joint machine of negative pressure to reduce the labor costs and make working more convenient.

4. Using hydraulic sandbox turnover machine to carry out castings knockout,  frequency can reach to 1.2-1.5min/ flask,which completely meet 10 boxes per hour designed.

5. Sand processing system designed as three stages of cooling and two stage of screening, the three stages of cooling are water cooling& sand shakeout machine + horizontal cooler+ sand temperature regulator; two stage of sieving are screening conveyor + Powder sieve assembly, to reduce sand temperature and purify sand.
