Automatic Sand Flow Regulating Control Device

Automatic sand flow regulating control device is important component of horizontal cooler mainly including temperature sensor, frequency converter, programmable controller etc..

The temperature setting value can be modified on the touch screen, as well as the molding sand temperature showing on the touch screen.

The temperature sensor is arranged on sand-outlet of horizontal cooler. When  the temperature sensor detects the temperature higher than set value it will automatically reduce the speed of the motor; when the detected temperature is below of set value it will automatically increase the speed of the motor which can effectively cooperate with horizontal cooler to control sand temperature, so as to ensure sand temperature stay under 50℃ along with sand processing quantity at the range of 20T/h—25T/h.At the same time it can reduce energy consumption and the equipment failure rate,and bring more benefits for your production.
