Another Big Win Another Stepping For Overseas Market

Congratulations on the successful signing of 3000 tons of lost foam automatic production line with Moroccan customers. The main products are manhole cover and fitting.

We have known each other for more then five years. Three years ago,our customer hoped to produce manhole cover by lost foam process and booked a mould. Finally they released a casting order to Ruiou company of one container.

Casting size of 840×840mm, thickness of 4mm,weight for one set is 50kg. It tested the technical level of Ruiou.  Also in that summer day,40℃ high temperature and sweating,Ruiou delivered on time.

During the period of the process, our technicist put forward method to improve the mould and improve casting yield, work efficiency. Our customer was very satisfied to our technology and  professionalism.

After two years of economic turmoil, our customer built new workshop, got a loan,and invited Ruiou team to visit their company and signed a contract. At this time, the "lost foam field one-stop service" gives customers a big surprise, while two sides express long-term and deeper cooperation.
