Steel Claw

In the model combination process, some models will have strict relative position relation. That is, there is strict size requirement in the drawing, such as anode steel claw produced by Yunnan Heqing field. The product is used for electrolytic aluminum in the aluminum factory. It should be put in the electrolyzer, whose size is fixed. It has strict requirement for every claw position. Therefore, in the cohesion process, it needs to control steel claw position. However, the manual cohesion controllability is bad. It needs to make corresponding cohesion tooling. The cohesion tooling of this white model is used square timber. Based on steel claw space regulated in the drawing, you make the corresponding space square partition groove. In the use process, the steel claw is put in the tooling. Then the steel claw’s shoulder is cohered to claw part to guarantee precise size requirement, as shown in following picture:
