Product Structure:

This machine mainly consists of housing plate, spiral body, spring, pedestal, air blower and vibrating motor.

Product Performance and Characteristics:

1. Elevating function: vertical cooler conveyed molding sand to high place by vibrating spiral, which can save a lifting equipment.

2. Cooling function: sand goes a longer distance in the vibrating spiral than straight. Air cooling system can reduce the temperature of molding sand quickly and efficiently. It is a highly efficient and energy-saving sand treatment equipment specially developed for the dry sand negative pressure casting production in our factory.

3. Reliable structure, strong excitation force, long durability, easy maintenance and safe operation.
