At present, the lost foam modeling usually adopts three-dimension vibration table. After filling molding sand fully, the sandbox vibrates in the vibration table. By clamping device, it clamps the sandbox. The three-dimension vibration table makes six direction vibration of “up-down,left-right and front-back”.There are three groups, six engines altogether. The disadvantage is when the EPS model is complex,it can’t reach full direction vibration & compaction. The dead corner will occur.The low efficiency is difficult to reach lost foam process requirement.
The suspension shocking vibration table changes the traditional three-dimension vibration way of filling sand and modeling. The sandbox is pit in the top promotion pillar without requiring to be clamped(the top promotion pillar numbers should be confirmed based on sandbox). There are only two vibration engines. It is equipped with gravity sensor. Based on gravity sensor, it detects automatic frequency modulation to reach proper vibration acceleration. In the adding sand process, the sandbox gravity and gravity center change. The modeling machine overload change. In order to get good vibration effect, it needs proper vibration acceleration. The vibration acceleration is in direct proportion to vibration frequency. The modeling machine’s gravity sensor detects and gives feedback signal. And it automatically regulates vibration engine frequency to reach the vibration frequency confirming to the requirement. It compensates disadvantages of traditional modeling vibration table: low efficiency and difficulty of modeling for complex castings.The full direction suspension shocking modeling machine has diverse filling in vertical motion. It can reach different parts compaction in different directions without dead corner. It has characteristics of high frequency, low vibration amplitude and high vibration efficiency
