Sand Temperature Regulator

The sand temperature regulator is a cooling equipment for sand treatment in LFC, and to reduce sand temperature to a certain level. Regulated by PLC automatic control the cooling time to ensure outlet sand temperature to be suitable for production.

Product Description

Product Structure:

The sand temperature regulator is mainly composed of material level detecting device, sand storing unit, cooling unit, sand dropping device, lower cone bucket and supporting legs.

  1. cooling unit: 

    Water cooling tubes are uniformly interlaced inside cooling unit. Seamless steel tubes and finned tubes can be chosen. The finned tube is the high frequency welded steel strip outside the seamless steel tube, which can increase heat transfer area. During the cooling process, sand fully contacts with the water cooling tube wall and radiator, which increases the cooling speed and sand treatment capacity. The cooling units are closely connected and water inlet and outlet are staggered to ensure water temperature to meet the cooling requirement. Water inlet is under the cooling unit, while outlet is above the cooling unit, which makes the cooling water circulate in the cooling unit for a long time and make full use of it.

  2. sand shakeout device:

    The sand shakeout device uses rain fall mode, and automatically controls the switch by PLC. The sand shakeout device can only be switched on when sand temperature is good, so that the molding sand meets the use temperature. It can be interlocked with the front and rear equipment to ensure the sand temperature of the production line and the normal application of the rest of the equipment.

  3. No noise: no power needed, molding sand creeping down, so basically no noise in the process.

  4.  little one-time investment of equipment: sand temperature regulator is compatible with the function of sand storage and cooling, and the cooling process can store a certain amount of molding sand to provide support for the operation of the production line.

  5.  Node temperature control, effective detection of sand temperature control: equipment controls sand outlet through sand temperature detection device control. Sliding plate opens and sand transports only when molding sand to meet requirements.

  6. Equipment no vibration, strong structure, stable operation, to a large extent reduce the failure rate of equipment
