When pouring, vacuum pumping can accelerate the exhaust velocity and reduce the exhaust volume, reduce the pressure of the metal liquid and mold interface, speed up metal liquid flow, improve the filling ability of the liquid and reduce the carbon black defect on the surface of the casting, and also inhibit the burning of foam, promote its gasification. With the fluidity and formability of the molten metal, the contour of the casting is clear.

Product Structure:

The automatic butt joint is mainly composed of butt rubber block, butt joint connecting pipe, driving cylinder, equipment frame, distributor connection pipe and control solenoid valve. The connecting pipe of the docking device is divided into two branch pipes, which are respectively controlled by pipeline valves, and a branch can be closed when holding the pressure. Bottom suction negative pressure automatic butt joint and side suction negative pressure automatic butt joint can be selected.
