Fixed Vibration Table

This kind of vibration table is simplest three-dimension vibration table. It adopts rubber spring combination to isolate vibration and uses pressed block. The vibration engine uses three groups. It is composed of groove steel bottom seat and bolt press rod pressed by manually.For the electric control, we have already joint the vibration table engine line to wiring line end based on electric line figure. In the control cabinet, we also connect it to the wiring line end based on electric line figure.

1.The motion direction of vibration amplitude

As the layout plan of above engine, the bottom vibration engine’s vibration amplitude is vertical. The vibration amplitudes of lateral vibration engine 1-1 and lateral vibration engine1-2 are Y-horizontal direction. The vibration amplitudes of lateral vibration engine 2-1 and lateral vibration engine 2-2 are X-horizontal direction.

2.The shocking force regulation

The engine adjusts the shocking force and vibration amplitude by adjusting inclined angle of eccentric block and FM.

This kind of vibration table is generally used in small cost and low production quantity basic configuration of small production line.
