Impulse Bag Type Dust Removal Machine

   In dust removal machine casting, there is certain hoisting frame. Outside the hoisting frame, it covers the filter bag of upper exposure. When the air flow with dust enters into casting from down part and promotes through filtering bag,the dust is blocked outside the filtering bag. The gas enters into the bag through net holes in the filtering bag and is discharged out from top part to make air purified.

When the airflow passes filtering bag, large particle separate with gas and falls into the down part of dust collection machine. The thin dust particle will adhere to or block in the fibrous gas to form certain thickness of dust layer. It will reduce dust removal efficiency. Now it adopts air compression period anti-blowing way.

Above the every filtering bag’s open part,there is air compression spray nozzle. It blows the air compression regularly and alternately to filtering bag by electric-magnetic valve control. It blows the dust on the filtering bag surface into the dust collection bucket in the down part. Because the filtering bag’s dust unloading work is made alternately by groups, it won’t affect dust removal machine’s common work.

The advantages:

         Then wind quantity range is wide. It can be specially made in 15000~62 000m³/h. The dust removal effect is obvious for small particles. The dust removal efficiency can’t be affected by smoke components, dust concentration and particle scatter grade. The flowing speed has little impact on discharging concentration of exit.

The air volume dealt with in the unit area is big and dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99. The discharging concentration can reach 50mg/m³ or even smaller.

The structure and maintenance is easy. Generally, it adopts branch -chamber structure. And in the design, there is leeway to make all branch chambers to be checked in turn which won’t affect equipment operation.
